Manxn requests only the access needed for the feature you choose to use.
iPhone and iPad
- Bluetooth access is used to discover, connect to, and control compatible nearby fragrance devices.
- The system photo picker opens only when you choose a local device image. The app receives only the image you select and keeps it locally.
- The current iOS release does not request location, contacts, microphone, camera, tracking, or notification permission.
Android
- Bluetooth or Nearby devices access is used to discover, connect to, and control compatible fragrance devices.
- Some Android versions require location permission or Location Services for Bluetooth Low Energy scanning. Manxn does not collect or upload precise location.
- Photo or file access is used only when you actively choose a local device image or a supported attachment.

The current mobile releases have no configured diagnostics or feedback-upload endpoint. Legal and support links open the official website in your browser.
