Support for the Manxn app and compatible fragrance devices.

Email manx36331@gmail.com. Include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, operating-system version, device model, and a short description of what happened.
Do not include passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information.
Before contacting support
- Confirm the fragrance device is powered on and nearby.
- Confirm Bluetooth is on and Manxn has Bluetooth permission.
- Close and reopen the app, then search again.
- For a schedule issue, include the enabled days, start/end time, spray duration, and pause duration.
No account or purchase support
The current app has no account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, or cloud device binding.
